The monthly meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Committee was held on the seventeenth day of October ,2023 at the clubhouse . The gathering commenced promptly at 6:30 PM with President, Mr. David Jones, presiding over the gathered board members.

This announces you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are making several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
Effective immediately the coming weeks, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes increased irrigation of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
